  4. Orders and Delivery
    • Christmas Orders Deadline: Orders must be placed by Friday, December 20th, 2 PM.
    • New Year Orders Deadline: Orders must be placed by Friday, December 27th, 2 PM.
    • Standard delivery timelines apply (2-3 days for standard shipping, 3-5 days for Highlands/NI).

  5. Export Shipping
    • Export shipping timelines:
      • Approx. 6-8 weeks for orders commencing January 2025.
      • Approx. 3-5 weeks for orders starting from April 2025.
    • Shipping charges are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations.
    • Monthly up-to-date pricing will be provided to account for these changes.
  6. Pricing and Payment
    • Trade price: £21.60 ex VAT (£25.96 inc VAT).
    • Iwoca Pay is available only for UK customers with spending limits up to £30,000.
    • Overseas customers will undergo a probationary period of **6 transactions** before credit terms may be offered.
    • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
    • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed (e.g., 30-60 day sale or return agreements for trade customers).
  7. Returns and Refunds
    • Returns and refunds are accepted for damaged or defective products only.
    • Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product for eligibility.
    • Sale or return agreements are subject to application and approval.
